What is the difference between white elephant, Yankee swap and Dirty Santa?
These are common names for the same kind of gift swap: players take turns opening a wrapped gift or stealing an opened one. Groups differ in how many steals they allow, so this page lets you set it and prints the exact rules.
Is the Secret Santa draw really private?
Names are processed in your browser and are not sent to any server. If you pass the phone, each person sees only their own result. Reveal links hide the name only by scrambling it, which is not secret from anyone who holds the link.
Can couples be kept apart in the draw?
Yes. Add pairs that must not draw each other. If your exclusions make a valid draw impossible, the page tells you instead of looping forever.
